Product colours and images are displayed as accurately as possible. Minor variations may occur. All products are subject to availability.
Orders & Payments
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, and bank transfers (wholesale only). All payments are processed securely through PCI-compliant providers.
Orders can only be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement. Once dispatched, changes cannot be made.
Pricing & VAT
All prices are in British Pounds Sterling (GBP). UK VAT at 20% is included in displayed prices. Wholesale partners may be eligible for VAT exemption with valid documentation.
Shipping & Delivery
We primarily serve the UK market. Estimated delivery times:
- UK Standard: 2-4 working days
- UK Express: 1-2 working days
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Free shipping is available on UK orders over £50.
Returns & Refunds
We offer a 30-day returns policy from delivery date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
To initiate a return, please contact us. Refunds are processed within 5 working days of receiving the returned item.
Wholesale Accounts
Wholesale accounts are available to qualifying businesses upon application. Wholesale pricing is confidential and may not be disclosed to third parties.
We reserve the right to revoke wholesale privileges for breach of these Terms.
