Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After this time, orders enter processing and cannot be changed. Please contact us immediately if you need to make changes.
How do I track my order?

How long does delivery take?
UK Standard: 2-4 working days. UK Express: 1-2 working days. We dispatch most orders within 24-48 hours. Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard UK shipping on orders over £50. Wholesale partners may qualify for free shipping on all orders depending on their account tier.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we primarily serve the UK market. For international enquiries, please contact us to discuss shipping options to your location.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and your order number. We'll arrange a replacement at no extra cost.

How do I become a wholesale partner?

What discounts do wholesale partners receive?
Wholesale partners enjoy discounts of 50% or more off retail prices, depending on order volume and account tier. The more you order, the more you save.
Can I order samples before committing to bulk?
Yes! We offer sample packs for approved wholesale partners so you can assess quality before placing larger orders. Contact your account manager to arrange samples.
Do you offer credit terms?
NET 30 payment terms are available for established wholesale partners subject to credit approval. New partners typically start with upfront payment until a trading history is established.

Returns & Refunds

What is your returns policy?
We offer a 30-day returns policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Please contact us to initiate a return.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 5 working days. Allow an additional 3-5 working days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes, we're happy to exchange items for a different size or colour, subject to availability. Contact us within 30 days of delivery to arrange an exchange.
