Orders and Shipping

How long does it take for me to receive my order?
UK Standard delivery typically takes 2-4 working days. UK Express delivery is available for 1-2 working days. Most orders are dispatched within 24-48 hours.
How do I create an account?
Click "My Account" at the top of the page and select "Register". You'll need your email address and a password. Having an account allows you to track orders, save addresses, and checkout faster.
How do I change my shipping address?
If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, please contact us immediately and we'll update the address. Once dispatched, we cannot change the delivery address.
How do I track the status of my order?
Once dispatched, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. Use our Order Tracking page for real-time updates on your delivery.
Will you keep my credit card information on file?
We do not store your full credit card details. All payments are processed securely through PCI-compliant providers (Stripe/PayPal). Saved cards are encrypted and tokenised.
Do you charge VAT?
For UK customers, VAT at 20% is included in all displayed prices. Wholesale partners may be eligible for VAT exemption with valid documentation.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard UK shipping on orders over £50. Wholesale partners may qualify for free shipping on all orders depending on their account tier.
Will my items come in one package?
We try to ship all items together whenever possible. Large orders may arrive in multiple packages. You'll receive tracking for each shipment.

What is your returns policy?
We offer a 30-day returns policy from delivery date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Contact us to initiate a return.
I received the wrong item
We're sorry! Please contact us within 48 hours with your order number and a photo. We'll send the correct item and arrange a free return for the incorrect one.
My order arrived damaged
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and your order number. We'll send a replacement at no extra cost.
Where should I mail my authorised return?
Once you contact us to arrange a return, we'll provide the correct returns address and a returns authorisation number. Please don't send items back without contacting us first.
How do I receive customer support?
Contact our team via hello@originblanks.com or our Contact Page. We respond within 24-48 hours during business days (Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm GMT).
What if I entered an incorrect shipping address?
If you notice an error immediately after ordering, contact us right away. If already shipped, we cannot change the address. Undeliverable returns will be refunded minus shipping costs.
Can I change or cancel an order after I've submitted it?
We process orders quickly. Contact us within 2 hours of placing your order. Once dispatched, we cannot make changes or cancellations.
How long do refunds take to process?
Once we receive your return, we process refunds within 5 working days. Allow an additional 3-5 working days for it to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
